Our 3D Technology
Technology is at the heart of our method: it allows us to evaluate the foot in a complete and objective way, and to transform that data into a concrete solution using advanced design tools and 3D printing.
Thanks to this innovative approach, we can offer a level of personalization and accuracy that is impossible to achieve with traditional methods.
Custom Orthotics
It all starts with a complete analysis of the foot and rearfoot. Thanks to the latest generation of digital tools, we objectively measure not only the sole of the foot but also any valgus and varus conditions with a precision that is not possible with the naked eye.
This data becomes the foundation for building our orthotics.

The Orthotic
The design is done entirely with SolidWorks, taking into account body weight, morphological structure, and the corrective objective.
The internal structure of the orthotic is created entirely with 3D printing technology, allowing us to model density and thickness with a precision of a tenth of a millimeter.
This is followed by the final finishing, performed by hand by our specialized technicians, who complete the work by selecting materials, coverings, and details based on the person’s specific needs.
The result is an orthotic that is thin, light, and calibrated to work in harmony with movement. It provides correction where needed without altering the shoe’s fit or limiting the foot’s freedom.
Orthotics for Every Need
Thanks to this approach, we can create different solutions for every situation, choosing the shape, materials, and thickness based on the actual use or specific clinical conditions.
Each orthotic is unique, and every detail is designed to meet a specific need, with the utmost technical expertise and attention to the individual.
Over time, numerous high-level professional athletes have chosen to trust us, recognizing the quality of our method. mong them are Olympic athletes and the world champion Imoco Volley volleyball players, who chose us to take care of their bodies and performance.
