Delivery
Postural Point s.r.l. makes shipments by express courier DHL. For the expenditure of any product available in the online store the shipment is FREE.
The ordered products will be sent to the address indicated by the customer at the time of registration in the private area of access to the site.
Upon receipt of the goods to your home the customer must verify the integrity of packages and correspondence with the quantitative and qualitative as indicated in the accompanying document. In case of discrepancies and / or differences will be the responsibility of the customer to note exactly the same on the transport document (bill or waybill) under penalty of forfeiture to assert their rights in this regard.
The shipment by Postural Point s.r.l., understood as entrusting the courier of the products purchased by the customer, will be made within the second business day after the completion of payment. Delivery times communicated to the customer generally correspond to 2 working days and reflect the information received from the courier, but are to be considered purely indicative, any delays or discrepancies are attributable to the courier itself. At the time of departure of the order will be sent to the customer an e-mail alert with all the data of the shipment for online tracking (www.____________.com)
The payment will be considered completed only when the amount for the sale of products will be credited to the account of Postural Point s.r.l..
The risk of loss or damage to the products, as well as any additional expense due to events occurring after the delivery of the same products to the carrier, is transferred from Postural Point s.r.l. to the customer when the products are delivered to the carrier (DHL).
Complaints and shipping delays
The customer has the right to communicate any problems (delivery errors, misunderstandings or delays in delivery) in writing to the e-mail address commerciale@posturalpoint.com.
The Customer not satisfied can exercise the right of withdrawal (D.Lgs 22/05/99 n. 185 – protection of consumers in contracts concluded at a distance) within ten working days from receipt of the goods, sending us at the following address commerciale@posturalpoint.com a communication specifying:
- Name and surname
- Telephone number
- Identification number of the order
- Article code of the item you want to return
- Reasons for return
- If you want to replace the product or be refunded
Postural Point s.r.l. will send you an email with the instructions to make the return. The cost of returning the goods and the cost of shipping the replacement product will be borne by the customer.
You can make the products within 10 working days from the date you received the package.
For fairness of the relationship the customer agrees to preserve and keep with the utmost care and diligence the products received and for which he intends to exercise the right of withdrawal keeping them intact with the original packaging. The return of products that are not intact, deteriorated or without accessories or original equipment will not be accepted by the Supplier and will be returned to the sender with additional transport costs. The Supplier once received the goods in accordance with the above will make the necessary checks and proceed to refund the customer.
The Supplier undertakes to process the practices of reimbursement for exercise of the right of withdrawal, by bank transfer, within 30 (days) working days from receipt of the communication with which the consumer intends to withdraw.
